The Project is located on the south side of Garner on State Street from 10th Street to Lyons Street and on Allen Avenue from 13th Street to Lyons Street. The Project includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct approximately 36 sanitary sewer and water services, 2,025 LF of 15" thru 48" storm sewer including 25 intakes, 4,665 LF of 6" subdrain, 2,375 LF of 4" thru 10" water main, 1,600 LF of 8" thru 15" sanitary sewer, 9,650 SY of 6" and 7" PCC roadway pavement, 2,175 SY PCC driveway pavement and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup.
