Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Independence, California. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The County is interested in contracting with a Consultant that will conduct and coordinate specified tasks related to advancing the Miscellaneous Guardrail Project to and through the design phase with additional tasks for bidding assistance. The work shall comply with the requirements of all of the following without limitation, and shall apply to this RFP and any subsequent contract as though incorporated herein by reference: 1. Federal laws 2. State laws 3. Local laws 4. Rules and regulations of governing utility districts 5. Rules and regulations of other authorities with jurisdiction over the procurement of products The Consultant shall comply with all insurance requirements of the County included in the sample contract in Attachment 2. Any questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Greg Waters via email at gwaters@inyocounty.us. Questions shall be submitted before 4:00 PM on April 21, 2022. No oral question or inquiry about this RFP shall be accepted. The Entity reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies, including endorsements required by these specifications, at any time. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
