The Stamford Community Development Office (SCDO) will be accepting sealed bids from General & HVAC Contractors on behalf of Boys & Girls Club of Stamford located at 347 Stillwater Avenue Stamford, CT 06902, for Replacement of HVAC Air Handler & Condenser Units at 347 Stillwater Avenue Facility Location. Contractors must have related experience, a DUNS number, be registered with portal and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. Contractors also must have General & Workman's Compensation Insurance for the project. All contractors that submitted a bid will be notified via email with the bid results as well. The City of Stamford & Boys & Girls Club of Stamford reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities in the bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Organization. This bid is subject to Community Development Block Grant Regulations, Federal Equal Opportunity Laws. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply.
