The fire tower is a three (3) story steel and concrete structure, 34'-0" at its tallest point. Its footprint measures 22'-0" W x 48'-8" L. Specifications: Option 1: a. Power wash exterior. b. Prime exterior walls and roof with one (1) coat PPG MultiPrime 4360 Universal P{rimer. c. Paint exterior walls and roof with one (1) coat PPG Pitt-Tech DTM Satin. d. Paint exterior faces of doors, shutters, and exterior frames one (1) coat PPG Pitt-Tech DTM Satin. e. Paint small balcony on East side of tower and 3-story exterior stairs on South side of tower with PPG MultiPrime 4360 Universal P{rimer and Amercoat 450H Urethane. Option 2: a.
