Renovation of a municipal facility in Seattle, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is seeking a consultant team to provide tenant improvements to the locker room, toilet and shower facilities at the South Operations Center building used by SPU staff. The selected consultant team will provide investigation, design, construction support, and closeout services. An initial concept drawing and program has been developed internally and accepted as the basis for this effort. The contract value is estimated to be between $500,000 to $550,000. Written questions related to this RFQ/P are encouraged and shall be directed to Sher Arciniega, Contract Administrator & SPU's designated contact person, at sherry.arciniega@seattle.gov. To facilitate preparation of responses to questions, please submit questions by no later thanCLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/25/2022 3:00 PM. All responses to questions will be posted at website.
