Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Coloma, Wisconsin. PROJECT INFORMATION A. The following general contractors are being invited to submit bid proposals for the construction of a new 39,749 s.f. office / classroom addition, a 19,305 s.f. mechanics addition, and the remodel of 19,352 s.f. of existing office / classroom space for the Operating Engineers Local 139 Training Center: 1. M.A. Mortenson Company 9. Immel Construction 10. C.R. Meyer Project Location: W11584 State Highway 21, Coloma, WI An invited list of general contractors have been approved to bid the project.
