Request for Proposal (RFP) is to accept offers and contract with a vendor(s) to provide bituminous materials to State agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members, on an as needed basis. Both winter and summer season products are included in this Solicitation. Any question and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Tou Yang at tou.d.yang@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Acquisition Management Specialist/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than March 23, 2022. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
