This Project is Located in the Mohawk Valley Region and Includes the Following: Counties Oneida Villages New Hartford Clayville Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
