A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Building and Facility Construction and Maintenance Services Labor and material for Asbestos abatement, Demolition of various areas, Rework electrical & sprinklers, Construct new walls & reception area, doors, floors, ceiling, benches, Rework HVAC DUCT, etc.,. The Bidder who failed to execute the Contract Form is liable to West Virginia University for the difference between its Bid and the Bid of the next lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, or for a sum not to exceed 5% percent of Bidder's bid amount, whichever is less, not as a penalty but as liquidated damages. The signed Bid Bond contained in the Contract Documents for an amount equal to 5% of the Base Bid plus all additive Alternates. If the blank line on the Bid Guaranty or Contract Bond is not filled in, the penal sum shall be the full amount of the Base Bid plus all additive Alternates West Virginia University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid amounts for Alternates, in whole or in part, and in any order.
