Your firm is invited to submit a Technical Proposal and Cost Proposal to become eligible for a possible interview for engineering design and construction management services for the Village of Mount Prospects, Reservoir 4. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village. The Village of Mount Prospect (Village) is seeking proposals from qualified civil engineering consultants to prepare plans and specifications for the rehabilitation of Booster Pumping Station 4 partially buried concrete ground storage tank. Desired services also include solicitation and review of bids as well as construction management and inspection.
