Direct bid submission questions to Denise Hunt at purchasing@jsu.edu. Mow grass to a preferred height of three (3) to four (4) inches but no higher than five (5) inches. Mowing will occur one (1) time per month, during the months of May, June, July, August, September, and October. Mowing is to be completed within the first ten (10) calendar days of each month. Mowing is to be completed during daylight hours. Mowing should be conducted during weekdays (Monday - Friday). Weekend mowing could be impeded by event functions. Mowing is to be completed during one visit (no partial completions conducted over multiple visits). The agreement is for one (1) term (May - October 2022) with options to renew for four (4) additional terms upon mutual agreement by JSU and the awarded vendor Jacksonville State University is accepting bids for seasonal mowing of property (unimproved field; approximately 7.5 acres in size) located at 34 and 64 Rucker Street, Anniston, AL 36205. The property is situated between the JSU McClellan Building (100 Gamecock Drive) and the City of Anniston Soccer Complex.
