Submission sent electronically accepted: No The project consists of equipping and connecting the P-2 drinking water well, installing a approximately 250 m drinking water pipe, constructing a service building, carrying out electrical supply work and carrying out upgrades to the P-1 well. The Town of Kingsey Falls is requesting tenders for the work described above. They must be presented in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the project and the name of the tenderer must be clearly identified. Bid documents are available by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1-866-669-7326 or 1-514-669-7326 or by visiting the website . The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Electronic Tendering Service. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article 2.5 of the Notice to tenderers of standard 1809-900-I/2019. The bid, the guarantee that must accompany it, as well as all the other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 90 days. The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question completed by others. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurers license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the call for tenders document. Only tenders submitted by contractors who have ordered the tender documents in the same name as that under which they tender will be considered. In the case of a consortium, this requirement is considered met when each of the parties has obtained the said documents. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement will be considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract. Contractors must hold the license required under the Building Act (RSQ cB-1.1). The Town of Kingsey Falls does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders presented, nor to incur any costs or any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s) and reserves the right to override any irregularity minor in the case of the lowest bid.
