Slurry work is located in the area bound by Dale Road, Bangs Avenue, Tully Road, and Snyder Avenue. Anticipated improvements include slurry seal, chip seal surface treatment and restriping, removal of non-compliant ADA ramps, and construction of new compliant ramps in multiple locations, and will include signage and striping for a Class II bikeway on Snyder Avenue. The payment of Prevailing Wages is required on this project. This is a locally funded (Measure L) project. Email all questions to Pelandale_Nghbrhd_VA_Corridor_Trail_Bid_Questions@docs.e-builder.net by 4:00 p.m., no later than 7 business days prior to the bid opening. The entire deposit of $25.00 is refundable if plans and specifications are returned in good condition within 15 calendar days after Council action. For shipping requests, a Federal Express or UPS account must be provided, or other arrangements may be requested. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
