PROJECT LOCATION-17 THEATRE DR, KENT, OH 44243 GENERAL CONTRACT:ESTIMATED BASE BID COST-$320,000.00 To allow Bidders time to finalize their bids, questions must be submitted by 9:00 AM on Monday, April 4, 2022. Reponses will not be issued within 72 hours of the Bid Due Date; therefore, the latest release of supplemental or additional information will be Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 2:00 PM Project consists of a new orchestra pit filler and new catwalk access ladder. Project scope is for all work of all trades, complete, as indicated on the Drawings and specified herein in a single-prime contract. The time for Substantial Completion is 96 consecutive days from the Notice to Proceed and shall be achieved no later than Friday, August 12th, 2022 The Bidder must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100% of the amount of their bid or a certified check in the amount of 10% of their total bid. Portage County Prevailing Wages and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project. The Bidder may be subject to a Pre-Award Affirmative Action Compliance Review in accordance with Section 123:2-5-01 of the Ohio Administrative Code including a review of the Bidder's employment records and an on-site review. This Project is subject to the State of Ohio's Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity ("EDGE") Business Development Program. The Bidder is required to submit with their Bid and with their Bidder's Qualifications form, certain information about the EDGE-Certified Business Enterprise(s) participating on the Project with the Bidder.
