The NWFR District office is located at 770 NE Midway Blvd., Oak Harbor, WA 98277. The current roof is made up of a composition membrane and is approximately 5,056 square feet, with 144 SF A/C bunker. Specifications:
o Comply with all State of Washington worker and public safety requirements.
o Prepare existing roofing for overlay with new membrane roofing system.
o Install 1/2 " roofing substrate board to provide an acceptable substrate for new roofing system.
o Install mechanically fastened, 60 mil, membrane roofing system.
o Seal all roof penetrations and perform all details using standard warranty required details to qualify new roof for warranty listed below.
o Install 20 lineal feet of heavy-duty walkway protection pad.
o Install new perimeter edge sheet metal coping. Paint finish to be chosen from manufacture's standard colors.
o Perform inspection with manufacturer authorized inspector and perform warranty requirements new membrane roofing system for warranty listed below.
o Provide standard twenty-year warranty. Warranty must have a prorated clause and must cover defective labor and material.
o Supply/install replacement pipe boots on all vent pipes, gas supply lines, and like components.
o Any construction debris shall be hauled away and disposed of properly and legally.
