Reference number : 1583385 Review Title : Refurbishment of 9th row and Chemin de la Grande Ligne Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-28 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Estimated value: $528,300 to $649,999 The Municipality of Val-Joli would like to obtain bids for the repair work on 9 th Rang and Chemin de la Grande-Ligne. This work will be carried out as part of the local road assistance program acceleration component (PAVL-AIRRL) of the Ministère des Transports du Québec. Interested companies or individuals must obtain the tender documents through the electronic tendering system website from March 16, 2022 . Tenders will be submitted to Council at a later meeting. Any submission received after the time and date specified above will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, the amount of which is equal to 10% of the total amount of the bid excluding applicable taxes, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
