Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bid Bond 5% The work to be done under this contract consists of the construction of approximately 5,098 lineal feet of pipe sewers, varying in size from 8" to 36" in diameter, 193 linear feet of Slip-Line Pipe Rehabilitation (SLP) consisting of an 12" pipe in a 24" host pipe , and appurtenances to be constructed in an area located west of Watson Road and south of Interstate 44, in the Cities of Shrewsbury and Webster Groves, and unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for the construction of the sanitary sewers and appurtenances, in accordance with all the requirements of these specifications, and the drawings made a part thereof. The manufacturer of pipe equal to or greater than 36" diameter must be listed on the Bid Proposal Form. Only the listed manufacturer may be used. Failing to meet this requirement may result in rejection of bid.
