Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Canmore, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,174-square-foot, two-story above grade recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.

Work of this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: .1 Construction of a new, two-storey Biathlon Building, and associated site works (e.g., utilities, landscaping, parking lot expansion) necessary to incorporate it on the site. .2 Demolition of the existing Biathlon Building, and expansion of the Biathlon Stadium, including, but not limited to, various trail modifications and improvements (including new asphalt), new pedestrian tunnels, upgrades to the firing line and a new air-rifle range, and revisions of above-ground and underground infrastructure. .3 Mechanical modifications to the Wax Room Building for ventilation improvements. .4 Exterior improvements to the Wax Room Building, inclusive of deck resurfacing .5 Expansion of the existing Snow Storage Site #1 .6 Construction of a new Snow Storage Site #2 .7 Upgrades to snow making system infrastructure and equipment .8 Construction of a new deck off the second floor of the Day Lodge .9 Surface improvements to the Cross Country Stadium, including new gravel, asphalt paving, and underground drainage.
