The contract will be awarded for the year 2022, with the possibility of renewal for the years 2023 and 2024. Only bidders having a place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of public procurement concluded with Quebec and applicable to the City are authorized to submit a bid. To be considered, the offer must be accompanied by a bid bond for a minimum value of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the offer (taxes included), valid for a period of eighty- ten (90) days following the opening date of the offers, in one of the forms described below: a certified check or bank draft made payable to Ville de Bois-des-Filion ; Where a bid bond issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorité des marchés financiers du Québec (AMF) to stand surety.
