Site work and paving for a civil project in Winkler, Manitoba. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
* The project has been canceled due to a design change. Future of project undetermined at this time. The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the construction of a reinforced concrete surfaced road in the Clover Creek Industrial Park in the City of Winkler for a unit price remuneration, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The major items of Work are: Topsoil Stripping - Approx. 1,500 m3 Road Excavation - Approx. 3,650 m3. Supply & Install Geotextile Fabric - Approx. 7,250 m2. Granular Road Base - Approx. 9,600 metric tonnes. Reinforced Concrete Pavement - Approx. 6,100 m2. Construct Drainage Ditches - Approx. 300m All measurements provided are estimates. The Owner reserves the right to award the Contract to any Bidder considering the prices and pursuant to clauses regarding acceptability and evaluation of Bids. Official bid documents must be obtained from Merx and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
