GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION, EXECUTION OF WORKS AND FOR WAGES, MATERIALS AND SERVICES The Bidder must provide with his Bid a guarantee corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the value of the Bid and must identify as beneficiary the name of the Owner.
