Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Medford, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes pulverizing portions of an existing bituminous skate park within Freedom Park, and constructing four (4) Pickleball Courts, including color coating, installation of posts, netting and fencing. The project shall also include construction of concrete sidewalk, stairs and railing, split rail fencing, landscape planting and regrading and resurfacing a portion of an existing gravel parking area. The bidder shall have engaged in the construction of outdoor asphalt sports courts as a primary business enterprise, for a minimum of five years and shall demonstrate the construction of five (5) completed separate courts projects within the last 5 years. Proposals must be made on the standard Form of Proposal, in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications. Each Proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the contract description on the outside, and addressed to: Katherine Burger, Medford Township Manager, 17 North Main Street, New Jersey 08055. The proposal guaranty must be in the form of a bid bond, or certified check, or cashier's check or a combination thereof, and must be drawn to the order of Township of Medford, New Jersey and must be delivered at the place and by the hour above-named. If awarded a contract your firm/company will be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 c.127 (NJAC17.27).
