The time period of completion is 30 days from Notice to Proceed issued by the Parish. A Quote Guarantee is not required for this project. Only a Contractor licensed by the State to do the type of work indicated in Section 2.1 may submit a quote. The Respondent's signature on the quote certifies that he holds an active license under the provisions of Chapter 24 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 37. Failure to be properly licensed constitutes authority for the Parish to reject the quote. St. Tammany Parish Government reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities
