Engineers Estimate: $300,000 SUMMARY: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the Communications Center UPS Replacement Project. The project consists of architectural demolition of existing walls, doors, and ceilings; demolition of existing rooftop HVAC unit, installation of contractor furnished HVAC; demolition of existing plumbing systems; demolition of existing UPS units, bypass switches, above ground raceway systems; installation of City furnished UPS units and contractor furnished accessories and panelboards. The project also includes completion of electrical systems testing, commissioning, and an overcurrent protective device coordination study. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Carson City has determined that the responsive bidder must possess a minimum of a Class A with appropriate sub-classifications or subcontractors. All Contractor's license shall be in good standing and issued by the Nevada State Contractor's Board at the time of the bid.
