Site work and paving for a civil project in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: 1. Reconstruction of Duplainville Road between Weyer Road and the Canadian Pacific Railroad, including storm sewer, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, and water main. 2. Addition of an asphalt path along Lindsay Road and Duplainville Road. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Pewaukee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
