The City of Pflugerville, Texas is soliciting bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the WTP Expansion Electrical Distribution Equipment Pre-Purchase which consists of supplying major electrical equipment such as Pad-Mounted Transformers, Motor Control Centers, Switchboards, and Variable Frequency Drives. The City of Pflugerville intends to purchase this hardware and then to assign the purchase order to the WTP Expansion General Contractor to be chosen through a competitive sealed proposal bid process. The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas.
