No other visit will be made and tenderers may not, under any circumstances, present themselves on the premises at any time other than the date and time set for the site visit. Bidders are responsible for informing themselves and adequately assessing the nature and scope of the work as well as being aware of the locations and conditions affecting the execution of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted.

Bid guarantee: 10% of the total amount of the bid (all taxes excluded) - by certified check, bank draft or guarantee valid for 45 days, payable to the owner.
Performance bond and bond for materials, pledges and services 50% of the contract price will be required upon signature of the contract. The amount of these guarantees will be 10% of the contract price if it is a certified check.
