FILE NO: 002734-22 The East Baton Rouge Parish Library is seeking per-unit quotes for an Early Literacy Station with Afterschool Edge Platinum Version 2 content computer by Advanced Workstations in Education, Inc. (AWE, Inc.) or equivalent. Early Literacy Stations Platinum Version 2 is an educational solution targeted for preschoolers through third graders, (ages 2-8). The Afterschool Edge Platinum Version 2 is an educational solution targeted for Kindergarteners through sixth grade, (ages 6-12). This is a safe, self-contained system that is ready to use right of the box with no access to the World Wide Web and no internet connection required to access content or administrative functions. Each workstation is preloaded with 85+ STREAM-aligned educational titles and the combination product requested by East Baton Rouge Parish Library of the Early Literacy and After School software together has more than 140 STREAM-aligned titles. The East Baton Rouge Parish Library is seeking a complete turnkey, standalone system that includes All-in-One touchscreen hardware, 140 or more educational software preloaded programs for ages 2-12, child-friendly keyboard, child-sized mouse, standard 3-year warranty covering hardware and software with option to extend to year 5. Administrative Panel and Customer Portal must be included. The units must not require internet connection or access for the children or library staff.
