The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum. Refer to the procurement documents for all associated details. It is anticipated to provide and deliver the AV equipment no later than June 30, 2022. Refer to the procurement documents for further details. Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
