Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and all other services necessary to provide drainage system improvements to the existing and deteriorated storm water retention basin side slopes, and earthen swale along the south side of the J-50 Yard, located at 800 N. Dogwood Road, El Centro, CA, as detailed in this solicitation. Questions concerning this Primary Request for Proposal should be directed in writing, no later than5:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, April 5, 2022 to Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent, via email to: purchasing@iid.com. Responses to questions received will be provided digitally for download on our website www.iid.com, under this solicitation listing to all participants no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, April 7, 2022. Prospective respondents must be present at the start of the mandatory conference call and mandatory job walk. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory conference call and mandatory job walk will not be credited with attending. Responses will not be accepted from respondents not attending the mandatory conference call and mandatory job walk. Respondents are required to wear closed toe work shoes (no sneakers). Respondents will have to answer the Contractor/Consultant Health Questionnaire (attached) at the entrance gate and have temperature checked. If you answer "Yes" to any of the questions, or have a measured forehead temperature of 100.4 or higher you will not be allowed to enter.
