The structure is a 1,000,000 gallon radial arm tank with a high-water level of 108 ft. located at 3240 University Avenue in Waterloo, Iowa. Note that there are outer and inner legs that support the structure. High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi), spot power tool clean to a SSPCSP11 standard, and apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Liquidated damages at $1,250/calendar day shall apply after this date
