Reference number : 1583494 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-04 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non DISPOSAL OF CONCRETE AND ASPHALT PAVING CONTAINING ASBESTOS FIBERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed and endorsed tenders relating to the disposal of concrete and bituminous paving containing asbestos fibers The prices submitted, without transport, must be valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days following the date of opening of tenders. Tenders will be evaluated according to a weighting system to take into account the distance between the tenderer's quarry and the City's storage site located on Caouette Street in Thetford Mines. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and reserves the right to accept them in whole or in part.
