As of May 8, 2024 project was awarded to Comstock Construction, awarded amount is $3,346,004.21. The work includes the construction of approximately: 6" PVC Pipe Water 4900 LIN FT Manhole (Sanitary) 65 LIN FT 1" PE Water Service 2408 LIN FT RCP Flared End Section 10 EACH Yard Hydrant 45 EACH Aggregate Base Class 5 3500 CU YD 8" PVC Pipe Sewer 1800 LIN FT Turf Establishment 9 ACRE 4" PVC Sewer Service 750 LIN FT Common Excavation 12300 CU YD Lift Station 1 LUMP SUM 12" RCP Storm Sewer 400 LIN FT 4" Force Main 1200 LIN FT Concrete Pavement 400 SQ YD together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Fergus Falls shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
