The Incorporated Village of East Hills (VEH) seeks bids from established painting companies that have experience for five years or more in painting large commercial outdoor swimming pools. The painting applying a primer and 2-part epoxy top coat over a 12,000 square foot pool. Products reasonably equivalent to the products listed in the bid specifications may be provided All offers are subject to the final approval of the Board of Trustees of East Hills, which shall determine the lowest responsible and responsive bid. VEH also retains the right, at any time before acceptance of the bids, in its sole discretion, to reject or accept all proposals, to make changes on one day notice by fax to those who have submitted bids and amendment(s) available at Village Hall, or cancel or postpone the bid for any reason VEH deems appropriate. All bids are subject to prevailing wage mandates. All bidders must sign and notarize an anti-collusion statement and all other documents required in the bid package must be completed and submitted
