at 500 E. Veterans St, Tomah, WI. 54660. The installation of additional data drops, power outlets and equipment bracing
for equipment deployment of the Electronic Health Record (EHR). All work shall be completed within 80 calendar days (60 days for construction and 20 days for administration) after
Notice to Proceed is issued.
Project Magnitude Range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for
this procurement 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a size standard of $16.5
Million applies. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), At the time of submission of offers/quotes, and prior to award of any contracts,
the offeror must represent to the contracting officer that it is a - SDVOSB eligible under this subpart Small Business
concern under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the acquisition; SDVOSB
