NIFC CAMPUS BOILER AND HYDRONIC SERVICE The Bureau of Land Management - National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) has identified a requirement for an Annual Boiler and Hydronic Service Contract that includes a Base year plus four (4) option years. The service contract will include routine service and inspection on the Boilers and Hydronic loop systems located in four (4) buildings across campus at 3833 S. Development Ave., Boise, ID 83705. All service, inspection, and testing shall be completed in accordance with manufacturer standards, State of Idaho codes, and as expanded upon in this contract. General information about the service is provided below. 1. Period of Service: This contract will be Base year plus the option of four (4) years. 2. Service Requirements: As outlined in the specifications and Attachment-A, the service to be performed is testing, inspection and certification. At the Governments' option, the effort may include repair, maintenance, modernization, hardware upgrades, installation of additional components, or other related boiler system type work. 3. Building Occupancy: The buildings will be occupied during this service. Contractor shall provide all safety barriers required for contractor and occupant safety. 4. Hours of Work: The company will perform the limited site work during business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday with exceptions for holiday and early releases. The company requested work during holidays, evenings, nights and weekends will be considered by the government COR on a case-by-case basis. 5. NIFC Access: NIFC is a secure campus with a controlled security entrance. The following are requirements for entry on to the campus. a. Prior to commencing work, the contactor shall provide a list to the Contracting Officer containing names for all contractor personnel who will work on the NIFC campus. Page 2 of 2 b. All contractors' personnel shall present an official US Government or State Government issued photo identification at the security gate. ID's will be compared to the contractors' personnel list. c. All the contactors' personnel shall always wear NIFC furnished visitor badges in a visible location while on campus and shall return the badge at the end of each day, or at the completion of the service. d. Contractor personnel shall not enter the site more than 30 minutes prior to the start of scheduled workday and must leave the facility within 30 minutes of the scheduled workday completion. 6. COVID-19: Contractor personnel shall comply with government COVID-19 restrictions. Contractors shall always keep a signed attestation form on individuals that indicates their vaccination status. Those who are not fully vaccinated shall provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result from the past 72 hours. 7. Pre-Proposal Meeting: Refer to solicitation for date, time, & location of the pre-proposal meeting. Attendees to the meeting must meet all COVID protocol requirements.
