The Kenilworth Board of Education will be receiving sealed proposals pursuant to N.J.S.A 18A:18A 4.1 - 4.5 at the Board of Education Business Office located at 426 Boulevard, Kenilworth, New Jersey 07033. : EVENING AND SUMMER CUSTODIAL/CLEANING SERVICES A copy of the instructions, forms and specifications may be inspected and picked up from the Business Administrator at the board offices between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Further information may be obtained by calling the Business Administrator, Vincent A. Gonnella at (908) 276-1644 ext. 1550. All vendors must use and complete all forms and must comply with every requirement contained in the instructions and specifications. Proposals are to be marked in a sealed envelope and delivered to the Business Administrator, Vincent A. Gonnella, with the name of the project, CUSTODIAL/CLEANING SERVICES PROPOSAL DO NOT OPEN plainly marked on the front of the envelope. Site visitation tours may be requested in advance of the due date. All proposals will be opened and read to the public at that time by the Business Administrator at the board offices. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening of the proposal. The Board of Education will not be responsible for the premature opening of any proposal not so marked. Failure by the proposer to comply with the required documents as stated in the text of this request may result in the rejection of their proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive immaterial informalities or to accept any proposal which, in their opinion, will be in the best interest of the Board of Education.
