Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gregory, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The scope of work will consist of the installation of a new splash pad including concrete pad with cool decking, water features, water recirculation, disinfection system, piping, fittings, etc., in accordance with the contract documents, technical specifications, and plans. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or a Bidder's Bond from a surety company licensed in the State of Texas, in an amount of at least Five Percent (5%) of the largest amount bid, payable to the City of Gregory, Texas as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract with the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Gregory for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
