Reference number : 1583408 Review Title : Supply, transport and spreading of dust suppressants Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-28 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of the Township of Valcourt is calling for tenders for the supply, transport and spreading of approximately 110,000 liters of liquid calcium chloride concentrated at 35% annually. The contract will be for a period of one (1), two (2) or three (3) years, the Municipality of the Township of Valcourt reserving the right to choose. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
