For flooring services to Scotiabank Centre (SBC) and for the Halifax Convention Centre (HCC) for the period April 1, 2022 - March 31, 2025. For further description of this RSO please refer to the Scope of Work, Schedule B. This Request for Standing Offer (the 'RSO") issued by Events East is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit bids for masonry services to Scotiabank Centre (SBC) and for the Halifax Convention Centre (HCC) for the period April 1, 2022 - March 31, 2025. For further description of this RSO please refer to the Scope of Work, Schedule B. Inquiries regarding the Specifications are to be directed to: Judi Rahey, Building Services Manager, Scotiabank Centre. Judi.rahey@eventseast.com If your bid is accepted, you will receive formal notification from Events East in the form of a Purchase Order clearly identifying the RSO Offer Number and the good/service to be provided. EVENTS EAST GROUP reserves the right to extend the contract for two (2) further (1) one-year extensions, beyond the initial contract period, subject to the agreement of the successful proponent. Events East is not obliged to award lowest price proposal and reserves the right to reissue the request should there be reasonable doubt that prices received are not competitive or complete. Events East reserves the right, at any time, with 30 days written notice, to cancel the contract with the successful proponent.
