** This project has been awarded to Ausland Group in the amount of $3,992,022. ** Work for this project consists of the construction of an approximately 7,850 square foot wood frame, 24 foot high, single story, free-standing building structure located on the Coffenberry Middle School Campus, on the north side of the existing gymnasium building. The building will be primarily cafeteria space plus a commercial kitchen, storage, band room, and other support spaces. Associated site improvements are also included in the Work including grading, utilities and entry drive.
