Repair the Concrete Encasement of 1200mm Trunk Watermain M303 This contract includes in general, the following work: Excavate to the trunk watermain, shoring and all related H&S work, form and repair the concrete encasement for the 1200mm steel pipe, backfill, and repave the road as per City requirements Optional Site Meeting All Suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The optional site meeting will take place at 2316 Finch Ave West, North York on March 23, 2022 at 10:00 am. Maximum of one site visit per Supplier. Maximum of one (1) Supplier Representative to meet with a maximum of two (2) City representatives to meet at the site. Supplier Representative must meet all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements prior to the meeting. Hard hats, high visibility vests or clothing and CSA-approved safety boots are mandatory. Suppliers must complete the Covid Self-Assessment Form attached to this Part and must submit it to the City prior to the site visit. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. No statement or information provided in any of the Site meetings by either the City or the Suppliers will amend any provision of this RFQ or the Contract, or may be relied upon by a Supplier in the RFQ process or its Bid, except and to the extent such statement or information is later confirmed through the issuance of an Addendum. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
