Saving Project...

Renovation of a medical facility in Mission, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Project's purpose is to replace and/or modify existing selected Westinghouse electrical distribution panels and to replace selected existing distribution transformers within the Mission Memorial Hospital (MMH). In order to expedite the Project, FHA has pre-purchased Eaton manufactured replacement equipment from the distributor Wesco. Contractor for this Project will be assigned this Wesco pre-purchase contract and will be responsible to manage the contract and perform its installation work. The contact includes a Cash Allowance which is allocated for the purpose of payment of the outstanding balance of this contract to Wesco. The Contractor will be responsible for managing and controlling Eaton's site work which includes performing modifications to existing panels and equipment testing. The Contractor's scope of work includes the installation of the new replacement panels, transformers and associated wiring all as detailed in the tender documents. The expected equipment delivery will be in approximately 4-6 months with overall expected substantial completion within 8-10 months from contract award.
