Saving Project...

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

For bids valued at $100,000 or greater before taxes, the Bidder shall submit with its bid, bid security in the form of an Electronic Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10% of the bid price. No other form of bid security is permitted. If the bid is valued at less than $100,000 before taxes, bid security is not required. If the Contract Price is $100,000 or greater, provide security for payment of labour and material provided in the performance of the Work in the form of an Electronic Labour and Material Payment Bond (e-Bond) for 50% of the Contract Price.
