The Project consists of partial roof replacement at the Solve D'Ippolito Elementary School at 1578 North Valley Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360. The Work consists of new roofs for the majority of the Solve D'Ippolito School Facility. The base bid reroofing work includes complete tear-off down to existing metal deck of an existing reinforced EPDM membrane roof system over 2" nom. of rigid polyiso insulation board and installation of new insulation and a non-reinforced EPDM roof system, with all associated terminations and flashing. A new steel roof ladder is also required. The Vineland Board of Education hereby advertises for competitive bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(a) (b) for the following project: Solve D'Ipppolito School Roof Replacement.
