Expected Construction Start: June 30, 2022 RFP Questions Due March 30, 2022 @ 2:00 PM The Security Bond is to be bound unto Texas Tech University System, its component institutions and related entities, and all persons in privity with them including officers, employees, appointees, regents, administration, faculty, agents, or representatives in the sum of Five Percent (5%) of the sum total of the Construction Manager-at-risk's (CMR's), proposed Preconstruction Services Fee, General Conditions, and the Construction Manager-at-risk Fee calculated on the disclosed total estimated construction cost, in the RFP. ASU reserves the right to waive any or all formalities ASU reserves the right to reject subcontractor bids or responses if it is in the interest of ASU to do so. ASU reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any Proposal it receives pursuant to this RFP. Submissions which are qualified with conditional clauses or alterations or items not called for in this RFP, or irregularities of any kind, are subject to disqualification by ASU at its option.
