Project No. S2180-05-01 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Center Joint Unified School District of Sacramento County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the "District" or "CJUSD", The project consists of demolition of existing portable as shown on the plans and construction of (2) ground up CTE Buildings. Remove landscape areas/irrigation, remove/abandon underground utilities, provide new underground utilities including domestic water, fire water, electrical services, low voltage, fire alarm, remove existing portable buildings and foundations. New hardscaped paved areas, new landscaped areas/ irrigation, new site lighting, new fencing, rough grading/building pad preparation, new computer and construction trades buildings. This is a 340 calendar day project. Bids will not be accepted if a Contractor has not been prequalified where prequalification is required. Prequalification documents must be submitted to 2:00pm on April 13, 2022.
