Application of liquid asphalt and cover aggregate must be completed with computer-controlled application equipment before September 1, 2022. The Pike Township Trustees reserve the right to waive any technicalities in the bidding, to reject any or all bids, and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in their consideration, offers the best proposal. The rate of application was calculated at 0.085 gallons/square yard for all existing asphalt surfaces.
