This procurement is a total set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The site visit of the CHI Health Midlands VA Community Living Center (CLC), located at 11111 South 84th Street, Papillion, Nebraska 68046 is scheduled for Monday, March 21, 2022, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Central Time. No prior coordination with the VA for attending this site visit is required or requested. Interested Contractors will link up with the VA Technical Representative in the front door lobby of the facility. The site visit will begin promptly at 9:00 AM Central Time, so please arrive early. In case of an emergency type issue, related to the site visit only, the VA Technical Representative can be reached that morning at 787-375-9176. B. Contractor will attend a post-award project kickoff meeting with the VA Technical Representative, and other VA personnel, either virtually or on-site (recommended) at the CHI Midlands VA CLC facility, within 5 days of contract award. During the kickoff meeting, project expectations and performance will be discussed. The project schedule will also be discussed, and a final project schedule will be agreed upon between the contractor and the VA Technical Representative at the conclusion of the kickoff meeting.
