North Marin Water District (NMWD) Administration and Laboratory Upgrade Project In general, the Work consists of but is not limited to renovation of an existing 9,000sf administrative building, and new construction of a 4,150sf lab building, including new interior walls, doors, glazing, siding, ceilings, finishes, casework, lab equipment, and upgrades to HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, telecommunications, and audio-visual systems.
